Canceling an Order

Changed your mind? No worries—as long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel it. Just email us at hello@calicodrinks.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The email used for the purchase

If the package has already left our hands, it’s officially on its way to you, and we can’t cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

We don’t do returns or exchanges—our drinks are alive, and food safety rules are strict. But if we made a mistake (like shipping the wrong item) or if there’s a quality issue, we’ll make it right.

Here’s what to do:

  • Email us at hello@calicodrinks.com with details and photos of the issue.
  • Once we verify the problem, we’ll either refund your payment or issue a voucher—your choice.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days (the rest depends on your bank).

If you send a return without first contacting us, it’ll get lost in the void—we won’t be responsible for it.
