Canceling an Order
Changed your mind? No worries—as long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel it. Just email us at hello@calicodrinks.com with:
- Your order number
- The email used for the purchase
If the package has already left our hands, it’s officially on its way to you, and we can’t cancel it.
Returns & Refunds
We don’t do returns or exchanges—our drinks are alive, and food safety rules are strict. But if we made a mistake (like shipping the wrong item) or if there’s a quality issue, we’ll make it right.
Here’s what to do:
- Email us at hello@calicodrinks.com with details and photos of the issue.
- Once we verify the problem, we’ll either refund your payment or issue a voucher—your choice.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days (the rest depends on your bank).
If you send a return without first contacting us, it’ll get lost in the void—we won’t be responsible for it.
