Welcome to Calico Drinks! Before you dive into our world of fiery ginger beer and gut-loving kombucha, let’s lay down some ground rules. By using our website, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t like them, well… maybe this isn’t the drink for you.

3. Product Info & Orders

Our drinks are alive, handcrafted, and naturally fermented, so slight variations may occur. We aim for 100% accuracy in our product descriptions, but hey—perfection is for robots.

• Prices: All prices include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Availability: If we run out of stock (which happens, because good stuff goes fast), we’ll let you know ASAP.
• Order Confirmation: Once you order, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details.

4. Payments

We accept the payment methods listed in the checkout section of the store - nothing else. All transactions are securely processed—your payment info stays safe.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship to Portugal only.
• Shipping times vary, but we work fast. You’ll see estimated delivery times at checkout.
• If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll update you.

6. Refunds & Returns

We don’t accept returns because our drinks are fresh, living, and perishable. However, we will replace or refund your order if:
✅ We sent you the wrong item
✅ The product arrived damaged
✅ There’s a verified quality issue

If you have a problem, email us at hello@calicodrinks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can sort it out.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval. How fast the money shows up in your account depends on your bank.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We do our best to keep this site running smoothly, but we’re not responsible for:
🚫 Website downtime (tech gremlins happen)
🚫 Typos or minor content errors (we’re human, not AI)
🚫 Decisions you make based on what you read here—that’s on you

8. Legal Stuff

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. If there’s ever a legal issue, it will be handled in the courts of Lisboa, Portugal.
